How can I tell clients connecting to my AP to use EAP-SIM for authentication?

I have a local WiFi AP powered by hostapd. This all works fine, the user can authenticate using eap-sim. The problem is sim appears 4th on my Samsung device once connecting to the network.

Is there any way to explicitly tell the client to use SIM / AKA for authentication?
