Cisco Nexus9K and Nexus3 Licensing

Hello community, I'm currently looking at some Nexus 3 and Nexus 9 and I'm facing some issues understanding the licensing model propose by Cisco.

Ideally, I need to do OSFP, EVPN/VXLAN and preferably telemetry. I might use N9K-C9332C with N93-LAN1K9 installed. But I'm not sure if it can do the telemetry without buying an additional license (perpetual or 3y/5y) which would get the device extremely pricy.

SO I have 3 questions: 1° the Telemetry is license based or software base? 2° Same question for this one N9K-C93180YC-EX? 3° On those N3K-C3132Q-V and N3K-C31108PC-V apparently the telemetry is doable from the release NX-OS 7.0(3)* and on some models apparently we need a license N3K-STR1K9** am I right? https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus3000/sw/programmability/7_x/b_Cisco_Nexus_3000_Series_NX-OS_Programmability_Guide_7x/b_Cisco_Nexus_3000_Series_NX-OS_Programmability_Guide_7x_chapter_011101.html *https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus3000/sw/release/notes/923/nexus_923_3000_3500_3600_rn.html

It would be greatfull if someone could give me some answers/ advices on were to find the right informations.

thanks in advance!
