Cisco ISE advice

I am a fresh ccna that had been routing and switching for about 2-3 years but in IT for about 8 years. My new job wants me manage their Cisco ISE system. I already bought a Udemy course. I am mostly self taught and reading the new ccnp/ccie for the new ccnp core . Should I get the Cisco ccnp security core as well if my job is pushing this route or is ISE just more of a tacacs management systems?
