Unable to get ICMP responses from Route Reject

Hello People, i am new here.

i am studying with the junOS system , 14.1

​

i am trying to do the following:

i will like to set up a routing option , static , with the ip 0.0.0.0 , Reject

(set routing-options static route 0.0.0.0 reject)

already tried with /0 or /32

when i create such option, i commit and when i run the ping , i do NOT get any response , no ICMP message of ''destination unreachable''

any advice?? im stomped
