Upgrading from 40 Mbps to 160 Mbps DSL. Should I replace my Cisco 1921 with a Cisco 7301?

I'm currently running some ACLs, NAT, and CBAC (ip inspect) on my Cisco 1921. I also have a 6rd IPv6 tunnel that CenturyLink uses for IPv6 traffic.

Do you guys think that getting a Cisco 7301 will ACL, CBAC, route and NAT 160 Mbps of traffic real-world? Not talking about theoretical numbers here. The 7301 would also need to be able to establish a PPPoE session with CenturyLink (with a Dialer interface).

I thought about getting a used Cisco 3945, but the 3945 is a 3U unit and is really loud. I was thinking of getting a 7301 since it is only 1U and probably quieter. It looks like it might be able to do more than my Cisco 1921 (currently does ~85 Mbps), but I can't really find any real-world numbers on it.

Also, not sure if anyone knows, but what does the licensing model on the 7301 looks like? Do I actually need to activate a PAK instead of just switching out the image if I run IOS 15?
