Pitney Bowes SendPro C-Series Unable to Sync Transaction Data over WiFi

We have recently switched from a massive, old Pitney Bowes postage machine to their new SendPro C-Series. The device works fine except for one major issue. It has a requirement to sync transactions to Pitney Bowes servers periodically and it refuses to do so over our wireless network. It passes all of the tests in the Check Connections battery of tests but cannot sync data over our existing WiFi. If I hotspot my iPhone it is able to sync without any trouble but even if I completely open the ports on our SonicWall (WAN to LAN Any Allow and LAN to WAN Any Allow) it still fails and claims that it cannot connect to the internet. Mind you that it still shows that it passes all of the connection tests. Has anyone else run into this and do you have any ideas what might be causing this?
