Looking for SFP Switch Options

We have come into a situation with our network where we have the availability to utilize a partners fiber to aggregate some of our remote locations in their areas and bring them back to our main building. Dark fiber from location to their pop house and transfer on their network to us. Our main network is 9500 core with 3850-12Ss in the field aggregating locations back from 2960s and 2960CXs.

What I am looking for is a switch that has at least 12 SFP ports on it that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg like a Cisco 9300-24S for $15k + licenses. We are primarily a Cisco network, but have some industrial stuff from a couple other vendors. I looked into Juniper, but best I could tell was the EX4300-32F which seems a bit overkill, but half the cost, and Aruba 3810-16SFP+. Costs of these are still fairly high for just wanting some switching. I even looked at the SG350XG-24F as it looks to be a couple grand, but not knowing a ton about a ton(?!?!?) it looks like these are very limited and only GUI managable? Are there any better options out there that wont drop me down 7-10k a location just to aggregate a group of switches into a single feed on fiber?
