VPN solution with accompanying firewall for small business

Hi everyone!

At my job I've been put in charge to find a new VPN solution with accompanying firewall (physical)

Our current VPN is not very friendly towards windows 10..

The problem is, I'm in sales, so I am having a bit of trouble figuring out where to start researching.

It is mostly meant as a way for the sales team to remote into their office stations from home/remote.

Currently that amounts to approximately 10 people - but a growing number.

Not sure what other information is relevant for you bright people to help me.

I don't have a budget per se, but they obviously don't want to over pay - but my guess is around 1.000 USD..

If you believe this is too little, feel free to be honest with me :)

But the question is, what software and hardware would you recommend?

Edit: Most people suggest brands - I don't have any preferencee here, and I'm aware that most/all offer what I'm after. Looking more for specific models. I'm not sure what questions to ask myself in order to determine models. That is where you clever people come in :)
