Return to workforce

I had to take about 10 years off from working in IT to provide in-home support for my family. When I was working I was certified with CCNA. CCNP, MSCE. I worked for a few fortune 500 firms as network support/analyst, managed NetOps department for 2 years, I also provided Microsoft server and some level 1-2 desktop support for a few smaller firms. I had about 13 years of hands on experience before I had to drop out. Any recommendations on what I should do to get back in the game. Salary isn't an issue and willing to start at whatever level I can get back in. Would get certifications not sure what would be best at this point. Any ideas welcome. Thanks
