[Noob question] Rerouting traffic from one port to another

Hi guys. I just want to make all traffic that goes to port 2223 automatically go to port 22 on my Fedora Server. How is this achievable? Thanks in advance!

Edit: Server is configured as exposed host in the router. firewalld handles that stuff. I have no other option right now
