I joined an ISP as a network engineer, been there for around 7 months. After that I got transferred to the planning section but under a unit that deals with market research. Have been there for more than 2 years. Now I'm transferred again, to another unit that deals with network planning. I have little networking knowledge. Any recommendations on what books I can read as a network planner. And also what skills a network planner should have.
