How to remotely​ shutdown or turn off a device connected to my wifi network on Mac Terminal

Sorry, I am new to this subreddit but I was wondering if there was a way I could remotely. I know that Macs Terminal is somewhat Linux based. Does anyone know how I could shutdown any of the following devices?

• Macbook
• iMac
• Windows 10 PC
• iPad
• iPhone

I want to prank my friends who live in the same apartment as me lol. Wont abuse it just wanted to know if there was a way.
