Hotel WiFi and hotspots?

I'm trying to connect some of my device's to the hotel WiFi that I'm staying in (specifically a Nintendo switch and Google chromecast), however they keep failing, presumably because of the hotels sign in page.

I've managed to get it to work however, by connecting my Samsung phone to the hotel WiFi and activating its hot-spot with WiFi sharing. This seems to work for the Switch but I can't connect the chromecast to the hot spot from the same phone so I've had to use my works iPhone to set up the chromecast seperately, then I can use my Samsung to control it...

Is there an easier way of doing this that doesnt need two phones? My iPhone can't seem to share wifi. It switches to data if I turn on the hotspot for that. I don't always take two phones everywhere with me so ia there an easier way to do this with one phone or is there a device on the market that can act as the phone hot-spot? I guess a WiFi booster would do that?
