Cisco Nk9 cannot disable auto-negotiate

Hi! I have a nexus 9k (c9504) version 7.0(3)i7(3). The command "no auto-negotiate" doesn't work on the ports. Has anyone had this problem? The Mighty Internet didn't have much to say
