I live in an apartment with internet included, but the wifi is TERRIBLE (Ethernet is good). What can I do to fix it if I don't have access to the modem? I've got RJ45 ports and coax cables, but I'm not sure how they connect to anything because I don't have access to any data closets or the modem.
