How to ask ISP to check their network?

I have some users accessing VPN via AnyConnect getting disconnected randomly. Another set of users connecting to a Citrix Gateway reported getting disconnected randomly. These are not all users, but some of them, and there is nothing common among them.

Assume that my network is awesome without any issues(I know, plenty of things to investigate on my infra, but I have reasons to suspect ISP. If it helps, the users are in China, accessing an enterprise in China) . What all things can I ask the ISP to check? Or if you're working for an ISP, what all things do you check for?

I just don't want the ISP to look at their up time or error on the interface connecting to our router and say everything is a-OK.
