I'm looking to get started with Networking and system administration, but with all the wide variety of topics within the industry, I'm not sure where to begin.
I've been embracing everything I can for 2-3 weeks straight now 6-8 hours a day, but while I'm learning, it doesn't feel like I'm walking a straight path towards what I want.
With that said, I'm looking for some tips and learning sources for beginning my path into the networking industry.
Books, documentation, courses, etc.
If you're working or have worked in the Networking / System administration industry, I'd love to hear about your path into the industry and what it took.
I'm not a complete noob when it comes to networking and IT in general, but just in case I've missed some important entry-level type of knowledge or to just refresh my memories, I'd like to start at the beginning.
