What is a typical base salary for pre-sales engineer job mid-2019?

I have read several posts, but it's 2019 I'm just trying to figure out what the base salary is. I know you can make good money, but what's the base? I've seen the 70/30 and all that but not as much base. I don't want to starve, and I've always heard sales is feast or famine. Company is Dell if it matters.
