Thinking about joining Cisco -how is their CX division?

Hi guys

There are positions available with Cisco in their CX organization. I am being told that these positions require traveling (which I might be fine with) . I would like to hear from those of you who had the change to work with this Cisco organization. I am interested in job stability (Cisco has been through a couple of rounds of lay offs recently), the organization culture (challenges with having people around the word in the same BU I guess-in other words my understanding is that organization is dispersed) and what are, in your view pros and cons for working in this organization (I am referring to Cisco CX not to Cisco in general)
