Need a router: 5 internet connections

At my office, we have 5 different internet lines, 4 with the same isp and 1 with another provider,

I want to feed all 5 lines into one load balancer router and then distribute them to 4 hubs (routers), each one of the 4 offices we have in the place,

So i need to input 5 cables and ideally have 4 individual cable "clients" that I can control their traffic independently,

I need some advice choosing the right device for this:
