Looking to advance my knowledge of Data Center networking, which companies have the best ROI?

I'm learning Splunk in my free time, and want to get into DCN in order to get beyond my basic Cisco-supplied knowledge of networking. Data center admins, which companies do you recommend when it comes to learning and mastering DCN? I want to get good enough to Blue/Red Team a data center.
