For example I'm downloading via FTP in AWS-SG and I'm getting only kb of speed but once i switch to my secondary provider my dl speed improve significantly to mbps. I already reported this to my primary provider and while waiting it got me thinking maybe the issue has something to do with bad peering of my telco on that specific server? so will running vpn fix the issue? by means of using that peering of my vpn provider located in SG going to AWS-SG? or it won't since you still running on your local primary service provider link? I have yet to test it and i'm quite curious how vpn behave in this specific scenario?
