Aruba ClearPass vs Cisco ISE? Which one to go with?

Good morning!

So my organization has been looking into deploying Cisco ISE into our environment. We have licenses already that we were given due to a big purchase we made with Cisco/CDW, I figured since we have them lets use them instead of using Windows-based RADIUS.

There's been a debate going on here internally on if we should use ISE or ClearPass. We use ClearPass currently for 802.1X auth on wireless but it's an older physical appliance and (I believe out of support). We are also phasing out all of our internal Aruba wireless in favor of Meraki (globally). I prefer ISE as we'll be using it for more than just wireless 802.1x and Cisco invented TACACS+ which I would want to switch to for all of our device adminstration.

What do you guys think of ISE or ClearPass? Thoughts?
