Hey y'all! any 4ipnet users out here?, I am using a 4IPNet WHG 405 version 3.41.03 in a hotel environment, Hotspot portal is activated, however I get 4-5 calls per week from guests saying that they can't connect.
Upon checking, what happens is after they connect to the wifi the hotspot portal doesn't show up, what I do is I have to go to a website first before the portal pops up. What could be a solution for this? this happens to mobile phones and laptops, Thank you.
