MPLS vs direct fiber link (conceptual project).

This is a theoretical project and this is the scenario:

Chicago site: 2 offices and 1 data center (all very close by eachother

Nebraska: 1 office

as well as 100 small retail stores.

All sites have to have a connection to the data center. Currently I have an MPLS connection + Internet connection between all the sites. However, Chicago has a fiber connection between the data center and the two offices.

My question is: would you guys advice removing MPLS and Internet links at the two offices in Chicago and have the traffic run between the fiber links to the data center?
