Looking for opinions for a networking web app

I have been working on an app that right now does the following:

- Pings ICMP/TCP selected targets in order to spot outages

- Informs admins for the outages

- Quick scans the servers for vulnerabilities, shows open ports and does service version enumeration

This is a very simple MVP app that I am willing to extend and add lots of stuff. I am planning to release beta and a very low priced plan for individuals/small businesses.

My questions is whether a model like this will survive, If there is market saturation and If there are cases that prove my project is doomed (e.g. blacklisting by DNS providers and ISPs).

This is an 100% personal side project.
