So I got this Huawei B525s-65a LTE modem couple of days ago and struggling to get bridge mode to work. I have Unifi USG 3P which needs to get my public WAN IP so I can access my home networks resources via VPN, but it won't get the IP from the modem. I've tested bridge mode on Zyxel LTE3301-Q222 modem and it worked like a charm so now I'm kinda confused what I have done wrong in my config or is the modem bad in bridging? I think its the config because my PC didn't get the WAN IP. Here's the list of things I've already tried to do:
- Reset the modem and re-do configuration couple times
- Set the WAN IP, subnet and gateway addresses as a static in USG
- Change NAT settings from modem
- Reset USG
- Checked that both devices has their latest firmware
Does somebody have an idea what's the problem might be or does someone know any guide to explain how to bridge Huawei B525s-65a? I've only find quick start guides which doesn't help at all..
