How to get ZTE ZXR10 firmware (bootrom.bin, zxr10.zar)

I need a working firmware for a ZTE ZXR10 3928E switch.

(i.e. the files bootrom.bin and zxr10.zar on the flash)

ZTE offers it as a public download, but now their site is broken and has been for at least 2 weeks.

In a pinch I'd also take the firmware of any other ZXR10 product, so I can at least have a look at the general file structure.

Does anyone know where to download it?
