Cisco ASA: Last failover time different in "sh failover state" and "sh failover"

Under Date/Time in sh failover state, it shows 9 May with the reason, however, when I just do a sh failover, it shows

Last Failover at: 11:20:22 UTC May 20 2019

Why the difference? And why doesn't it show the reason?
