Hello everyone, I have a friend who works for a big tech company who tears out old infrastructure. He recently gave me two Cisco AP's and I was wondering if there's any way to integrate them into my home network as access points without purchasing a Cisco wireless controller. I have everything needed otherwise as far as switches, firewall etc. My home network is constructed using
Pf Sense router -> Aruba 24 port PoE switch -> Hopefully Cisco AP's ??
We pay for 75 meg (fastest in our rural area unfortunately) but the wifi signal in the basement is reading only 7-15 depending on the traffic.
Any pointers is appreciated!
