Wifi coverage across a commercial yard

I'm looking to set up wifi coverage over a large commercial outdoor storage yard and into multiple buildings. The yard is roughly 1000 ft.-1500 ft. square. There are two buildings in this yard with cloud controlled garage door openers that need a wifi connection. What's the best plan of action for this project? I'm thinking maybe several Ubiquiti Nanostation M2 set up as P2P?? Could I put one M2 at the source and then another one on each building and then cable from that to an AP of some kind inside each building? Also not sure how I should cover the rest of the yard.
