What setting on a Cisco 5508 controller would cause intermittent association of 5 minutes?

Hi folks,

I am currently troubleshooting an issue with some users on our network. We are noticing users are only having issues with one particular SSID.

Model of AP: AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9

Model of controller: Cisco 5508

On the problematic SSID, we are noticing association intervals of 5 minutes very consistently. Sometimes, the client device will make a decision to roam to an AP and end up with a worse RSSI. Of course, we know we can't force clients to choose the best option, but I feel that we are somehow forcing the action of roaming by some setting on our controller.

Our last hunch was that RRM is prompting the AP's to perform DCA and when the AP is changing channel, the user might drop off. However, the AP's are not actually changing channels when this happens. Looking for any insight to folks who may have seen this before.
