Safely be able to access a local ip, remotely

Hi everyone,

I am a student in high school and I head the 3D Printing Operations at this school. We recently upgraded our printer management software in which has been assigned a local ip address to access the main menu through a browser. How would I safely be able to access this local ip (for example 10.10.10.333) outside of that network so that i could manage the printers remotely?

More specifically, can we route it though a website address such as example.com
