Qnap QNA-UC5G1T with Lenovo Switch

Hi all, I have a Lenovo NE1032 SFP+ switch and I am looking at this qnap usb 3 to 5 GbE Ethernet adapter (finally!!!) for my older computers. My question is: Can I use the qnap adapter with this 7G17A03130 10BASE-T sfp+?
