PVID vs Native VLAN: Same thing?

So I'm working on converting some aging Avaya switches over to new Juniper switches, and I see in the config that some parts have a reference to PVID:

vlan create 10,20 type port vlan create 30 type port voice-vlan vlan name 10 "Data" vlan name 20 "WorkStations" vlan name 30 "Voice" vlan ports 1-22 tagging unTagPvidOnly vlan ports 23-24 tagging tagAll vlan ports 25-26 tagging unTagPvidOnly

My questions is for where it's saying 'unTagPvidOnly', does that mean on those ports, don't apply a native vlan, and on the ones that 'tagAll', that is a native vlan?

Broader question in general - is PVID and native VLAN the same thing in this?
