"Not supported" error on 4221 ISR

Hi,

Just purchase a Cisco ISR 4221. Out of the box, I tried to do some configs but I encountered:

1. User name/ password.
2. When I issue command conf t, error stated; " This is not supported"

I couldnt do any configs. Researched on the net returned no direct solution to it.

Im going nut about it already. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
