A family member passed a while ago. And I was put as the person to figure out his tech and stuff. He has multiple companies around the states and used old tv-ip400 cameras to monitor the stores. I have lists of logins and passwords so this won't be the problem. And the cameras were working fine till awhile ago when their routers main connection IP changed. So the program stopped working. I don't know how to fix this.
I have the new IP to the location. But no understanding of the program or IP cameras themselves. I've been researching since yesterday 6:00pm. I've got remote access to a computer on their Network. And using ispy I can see the cameras are connected locally.
But I just don't know how to connect to the cameras outside of the LAN He used a program called ipView pro. Outdated, but it worked.
I'm asking for some help on how to even connect to the cameras remotely. Thanks for any responses.
