[Help!] FS S5800: No ARP buffer space available

Hey guys,

I'm at a loss here. I'm a somewhat junior network engineer and I'm having issues with the core switches in my network. There are constant disconnects that last ~5 minutes. The log on core01 is full of the error message "No ARP buffer space available", and I can't make sense of it. The memory of the switch isn't even at 50% yet. There are ~5000 hosts on this network and the S5800 is acting as a L3 switch. The hosts are in VLANs with ~400 hosts in each of them. I already set the switch to STM mode VLAN but to no avail.
How do I debug this properly?
