Cisco UC560 sip phones not showing Caller id

I'm trying to get the caller ID to show up from the PSTN on our sip phone at my office, but i am only able to see the translated DN when a call comes in or is transferred from the office operator. Caller ID works fine on our SCCP phones so i know it is turned on on the PRI side. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
