VM for GNS3 with basic routing capabilities (like netkit's hosts)

Hi, I'm looking for a good and lightweight VM for using it in GNS3 as a router, host, switch, just the basic stuff.

In netkit, the hosts use some kind of barebone debian. I want something similar to that. Thanks
