I bought my first server today and I am just trying to figure out how I am going to get it set up. I would like to get it set up in my office in the back of my house but the only coax cable (and router) is located in the living room in the front of the house. I was thinking about moving the coax cable but I don’t really want to do that if I don’t have to. Do you guys think a WiFi extender with a fast Ethernet port would be suffice t for the server. I am just going to be using it for virtual machines.
