There's a website a user is having issues getting to from our internal network. I've determined it's related to some IPS rules on our McAfee Sidewinder (SourcePoint Firewall)
So this company is hosted through AWS and the IP keeps changing. For whatever reason when I try to add the domain the firewall rule gets skipped but if i use the IP it'll hit the rule.
That's another issue on itself. How should I manage a rule where the website / company is hosted on AWS and their IP changes based on what server their hosted on. I've seen the IP change a total of 4 times in an hour. I'm assuming I should have the rule setup for domain name.
