Experiences with Calabrio?

Hello,

I am the voice administrator for a medium-sized business. We just upgraded to Calabrio v10. This whole process has been a struggle. I have found that Calabrio is lacking in knowledge of their own product. Getting resources beyond their base-level engineer has proven to be very difficult.

Is anyone else using this product?

How do you feel about it?

Is Pause/Resume functionality working for you?

What alternatives do you prefer?
