Wake On Lan not working when pc is in sleep mode longer then 5 minutes.

I've set up wake on lan using teamviewer but when i put my pc to sleep mode after 5 minutes it doesn't work anymore i have read this has something to do with an Arp entry with telnet, is that possible? Does anyone have experience with this?
