We have a Cisco Merki SD-WAN deployment through 11 facilities in the USA. All of these facilities connect back to HQ (Missouri) for VoIP. We are pushing in Missouri all traffic over our 100/100 ATT fiber. Each facility has a 10/10 fiber with a copper secondary. This is not MPLS.
In one of our facilities (Northern California) we are having intermittent one way audio. The call establishes and call quality is great, then during the call, the caller can not hear our staff. This happens for extension and external calls. All other facilities calls are fine.
Call flow: call inititiated to California facility> goes from STL to phone in Cali and call is established.
All facilities share the same firewall config. Only Cali sore I'd having issue
What we have ruled out: Meraki firewall - RMA original firewall Traffic Shaped -to the fiber only or the Backup cicuit independently ATT route- had a gateway problem at both facilities (Missouri and Cali) Internal Switching- replaced all switching QoS on firewall and switches
Phone system: Zultys Mx virtual appliance Switching: HP Latency: 55-80ms Firewall: Cali- Mx65 Missouri-mx 84
Any ideas from the community? At a total loss here.
