CIO has been asking my boss(network manager) for some metrics about our network. We have a like 900 network meraki environment and like 300 ASAs, monitoring them all with Orion.
They're being crazily vague about what metrics they want, when I press for specifics I don't get anything, but then keep getting pressed for updates about it. I guess I just need to make up some metrics they might want to see.. Currently working on last 30 days duration in hours of downtime per node then show top 25 on a widget in a orion dashboard.
Anyways, just curious what kind of metrics you're serving up in non MSP environments or have any suggestions. Thanks!
