Cant access website...ruled out DNS, routing, IPS/IDS, Firewall....so far

Have this really weird case whereby I cant access a website (www.hfma.org.au). Heres what ive tried: - Tried different DNS servers (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8) - Turned off PC firewall - Turned off Symantic on PC - Ping works! name resolves fine - Got a friend using the same carrier as me to access the site and it works for them. Confirmed theyre using 1.1.1.1 - checked dnsflagday.net - Firewall rules permit traffic - Firewall Web filters and content filters allow traffic and passes through (by checking logs, packets go through,nothing comes back)... - Tried multitude of browsers - However WORKS on Corporate Wifi with the SAME settings????(only thing different is the subnet) as Corporate LAN (Wifi and LAN uses the same Public IP so from the perspective of the Web server they should see us the same) Really stretched my brain here,
