QoS in the datacenter?

Hi

I've got a question.

We recently switched our DC provider have our own IAAS + PAAS clouds.

We have about 9 sites with MPLS network to our DC provider. Each site has 100Mbit Fiber connection and our ISP has 1GB links into our DC providers network. There are times when one Site spikes it's 100Mbit but thats seldom.

ISP has their network QoS'ed for us .

Now, I've had our entire LAN QoS configured and our Wireless network due to Skype/teams/Video demands since we are using those services more and more everyday.

Question is, should I ask our DC provider to QoS configure the core->all the way to our virtual FW (esx hosted) and to our Internet interface?

It's 10Gb interfaces in the CORE network. Our Internet is 1Gb+ capacity. I've asked the DC Firewall team and they can QoS us without issues. But the CORE / ESX Enviroment should have it also then for it to be worth it?

How do you do it?
