I've contacted my ISP and doing so for more than 2 months now. They keep telling me they can't find a problem or its most likely just congestion. When asked about them fixing they will only do a test to my old router, which belongs to them. (I replaced it with a fritz!box 6430 where I have less problems with and they can't test with) After doing so countless times they couldn't find a problem which isn't true since I am lagging in games during evening.
