Help me choosing trainings

Hi everyone!

I worked in the networking field for 3 years. At the moment my company wanna buy me one or two courses from Cisco for upgrade my skills. They asked me if i have any preferences, but i'm quite undecided, so i was think to ask you what courses should i suggest to my company, based on your experience and on what is in trend at the moment.

Here is my certifications and my knowledge, just for help you to understand my position:

- CCNP R&S (i completed the SWITCH exam, now i'm studying for the ROUTE)

- CCNA R&S / CCNA Wireless

- I did two Cisco courses on DWDM technology (Intermediate OPT200 and Advanced OPT300)

I was thinking on Cisco PRNE (Programming for Network Engineers, with Python) and MPLS course (because my knowledge on MPLS is pretty basic. Even on BGP, because i didn't studied it yet, but i worked with it), but i don't know if it's worth.

I know that i didn't give you so much information, sorry for that, and thank you in advance for your help!
